RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase, we hope you are happy with it! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

Returns

Any or all items must be returned in their original, unused condition for a full refund within 14 working days from delivery.  

 

Please note, personalised lids cannot be returned unless faulty.

 

For defective or damaged products, please send an email to info@urmila-fragrances.com to arrange a refund or exchange.

 

 

Returns Process

 

You must inform us of your intention to return the goods to us in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods by sending an email to info@urmila-fragrances.com with a Subject heading of “Order Return”. Please include your Order ID in this email and clearly state your reasons for returning the goods to us and which items are being returned.

 

Please keep the receipt for proof of return in case the item has not been received by us.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your provider. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
